NEW Single Malt Whisky (2023) Maturation in two first fill sherry casks has given this whisky a beautifully rounded pallet and smoothness beyond its years. A clear, rich, yellow gold colour to the eye, this whisky presents a wonderfully clean nose with the sweetness of the grain underpinning light oak and subtle cinnamon spice notes while presenting as butterscotch and caramel. This is a limited edition single cask bottling, and so highly collectible. Unit size 5cl/35cl/70cl Shelf life 10+ years NEW Cucumber Vodka 49% ABV, our organic vodka distilled with refreshing cucumbers for a fresh and crisp taste, with hints of salinity and citrus that lead to a cool, herbaceous finish. Perfect for Bloody Marys and summer cocktails. Unit size 70cl Shelf life 10+ years Dark Skies Rum We released our Dark Skies Rum in 2021 in recognition of the Cambrian Mountains Dark Skies initiative. Being on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains, which is one of the best places in the UK to see the stars, we wanted to name our rum in honour of this. Our Dark Skies Rum is oak matured with hints of vanilla and raisin and just enough sweetness to work well as either a sipping rum, or with a mixer. Unit size 5cl/70cl Shelf life 10+ years Seaweed Gin Our Seaweed Gin is a savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled. It makes a truly unique G&T with natural tonic and a sprig of rosemary/olive/slice of lemon. This gin is perfectly suited for martinis, dry or dirty! Unit size 5cl/35cl/70cl Shelf life 10+ years Oak-Aged Gin Aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time, it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. NEW Absinthe 69% ABV, this hand-crafted Absinthe has a stunning pale green colour and umami flavour. It fills your glass with aromas of aniseed and delicious herbal undertones. Despite the ballsy 69% ABV, the finish is very smooth and long, with a fresh zing and precious little burn. This absinthe can be enjoyed straight, but it also shines when poured through a cube of sugar or mixed with ice-cold water dispensed from a classic Absinthe fountain. Whichever way you choose, you’ll be transported to another era of creativity, art and abandon. Unit size 50cl Shelf life 10+ years Apple Brandy Our Apple Brandy is as close as you can get to a traditional Calvados, we just can’t call it that! We distil organic cider and perry and then age it in traditional Bordeaux casks. The barrel ageing rounds the spirit to give it softer fruit flavours and a rich deep colour, while still maintaining aspects of the crisp apple freshness found in a continental schnapps. Unit size 5cl/35cl/70cl Shelf life 10+ years Organic Gin Formally known as botanical gin, our artisan farmhouse gin is made with 18 different botanicals ranging from an initial taste of spearmint and peppermint, moving into liquorice and some lovely spices, finishing on floral notes of elderflower and chamomile. It takes you on a botanical flavour journey and is an easy drinking gin, perfectly complimented by most tonics and great to experiment with whatever is in season for the garnish, be it blackberries, elderflower, lime, pepper, rocket etc. Unit size 5cl/35cl/70cl Shelf life 10+ years Sloe Gin Really more of a hedgerow gin, we use a mixture of berries that are picked from the farm in the autumn including blackberries, elderberries, damsons and sloes. With a warming, spicy base gin including nutmeg, cinnamon & cloves and about half the amount of sugar that most Sloe gins contain, this is one not to miss.
